Lost, misdelivered items.
The customer is responsible for entering correct shipping and billing information during registration or checkout. The store cannot be held responsible for misdelivered or not received items if the customer's address is not filled out correctly.

Product returns and refunds
Returns of products which have been sold via online Shop are possible only in the cases below:
• In case you didn’t get the product you ordered. You can return the product (or products) in five (5) days after you get it.
The product returned should be in excellent condition, not used and never opened and include the initial content.
In this case the shipping cost charge eshop.avr.gr.
The customer has the right to requested full refund of his money, which will last ten (10) business days maximum
